What are the items I should not put in storage?

Here’s a list of items you should not put in storage: Food or perishable goods; Your pet animals or plants; Items such as paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases, basically anything combustible; Firearms, explosives, and other hazardous goods; Other valuable items like currency, jewelry, or artwork pieces with great sentimental value.

How to prepare items for storage?

Start by asking the company for their storage restrictions; Make a list of items you want to put in the storage units; Clean all your belongings properly; Try using airtight and clear plastic bins to easily see what’s inside; Label the boxes; Disassemble larger items and bubble wrap the delicate goods.

Can I visit storage units myself to pick up my items whenever I need them?

On all sides, the crew was amiable, hardworking, and careful. These qualities were appreciated by us: their wisdom as well as their friendliness. During the move, I had an urgent doctor's appointment in LOS ANGELES, which was one hour away. They had a few things left to load when we had to go. They offered to put us in a safe place and we got their exclusive deal at a very minimal range. A late-arriving package that had been recorded as delivered was completed while we were away. When it came time to relocate our office, Chris and his crew did so in a timely and efficient manner. Because we had so many cubicles, the furniture was heavy we chose their offer. They moved a huge couch, an office chair, a TV, and a bed with the aid of Daulet and the team. They arrived on schedule and swiftly devised a moving strategy. They gently pulled our couch out of our little entrance after packing it with linen and wrapping. I’m sorry I waited a couple weeks to write this, I’ve been so busy. However I would like to say that TB Moving is by far the BEST I’ve ever encountered!!! Whenever I move again I will most definitely give you guys a call. The crew that picked me up were so easy to work with and helpful as well. This is the absolutely first time I had a moving experience and did not feel like I was being hoodwinked, or robbed. That in itself was huge to me! Our team of 3 movers arrived right on time and were professional and kind from the start. They did a walk-through of our inventory and then told us how they'd proceed - load boxes first, wrap the furniture and then load furniture. They took great care with our belongings - even notifying us of a spill inside a box so we could fix it. They arrived to our moving location in a timely fashion and got right to work unloading. They asked where to put everything and unloaded to the correct rooms. They consistently asked our feedback and to make sure we were happy with their work. This is the second time I have used this company and both times everything went extremely smooth. Nothing was broken or damaged and given the amount of furniture and boxes I had I would say that's pretty remarkable. There prices are by far better than any other moving company that I contacted, they charge a flat rate fee which is fantastic because no matter how long it takes them the price stays the same. I would highly recommend using them. This is a professional moving company.
